I met Jeff Keith way back in 1991. I was in a little rock club on Long Island called "Sparks" and he just waltzed in. I calmly walked up to him and we just talked like 2 normal people. It was awesome! He's a really nice guy.

A criminally underrated song. It was the last track on the MR album, so it got less attention than the more well-known songs.
For me, the original captures the feeling of my dalliances with a particularly hot young chick from this period of my life. It was the late 80s, and this album was the background music for the raw hormonal overload of the times.
The lyrics are quite modest; there is no physical contact. But it captures the mind-bending effect that the sight of young beauty has on a man, in a way that a more explicit song does not.

Sounds to me like the writer is trying to make sense of an out of body experience. There is a reference to the chemical SO2 in the studio version and that is often a common observation reported from individuals who have reported such an experience. An uncanny scent of Sulfur, lights and colors and sometimes seeing one's own body. Absolutely fascinating.

i am so glad i went to that def leppard concert in 1986 in prov ri tesla was the opening band.and 30 years later you can tell your nephew the best music i have listened to since that night 30 yr die hard fan.thanks tesla awesome talent.i have seen all the sports teams i root for win championships.the only thing missing i need to see is tesla in the rock and roll hall of fame.tesla fan to death.
