Ten Years After - Boogie On Lyrics
I got home too late last night, I wasn't feelin' too groovy
I went and done a terrible thing, I forgot to boogie - huh!
I should've got it on, get off on the blues
I'll show you how it goes, I want you all to boogie!
Boogie alright, boogie alright, boogie alright baby
Boogie all night baby, boogie all night baby
Boogie all night baby

a guitar god who walked on earth........
Im from Canada i had this on an lp called Alvin Lee and Company great stuff
At age 70, I started listening closely to great guitarists as a young teen in the early 1960s, all genres of music, rock, jazz, country, gospel, and classical. Since then, I've heard countless skilled, inspiring guitarists and bands. Yet, when it comes to sheer virtuosity, intensity, musical prowess, Alvin Lee and Ten Years after still impact as much as any band I've ever heard. They disdained commercial pop music, choosing rather to stay true to their blues/blues rock and jazz roots. This resulted in lack of global recognition and popularity, but also left an indelible recorded musical legacy that always thrills and excites those that actually listen. Alvin Lee left us too early, as so many greats often due, but to me, he will always be remembered as one of the most dynamic guitarists of all time. Ten Years After to me was far superior to rock "super groups" that were more commercially successful, popular, but lacked the depth and integrity Ten Years After always presented. They will always be one of the best ever in my mind.
Alvin sure knows how to boogie froggy

Hahaha...Alvin has one of the BEST styles EVER.
This is a precious stone , should be discovered .
this jam moves me like forever ...
13 years old, Portland, another 4 way drunken hashes and marijuana honey oil laced joint of an arm length, I would have been able to touch Alvin Lee's guitar, 1973. Kdamn bam
Oh and blackberry brandy we traded for smoke with the guy in frojnt of us. he smuggled it in, in a goata bag.
Jazz - blues fusion
I love the TYA bassist
They do sound like a very stoned Booker T and the MGs
Alvin Lee , the bullet , RIP .

By the end of this one, I want to run and jump into to the drumset. Pure..

Ten years after a fantastic blues rock band 4 incredible musicians. Their playing was awesome. So underrated.
drums aren't bad either
That theme does not belong to the Stonedhenge album. It's actually on the album Alvin Lee & Company.
Right, but the guy said that is a reissue with bonus tracks (CD)
it was recorded during Stonedhenge sessions
Alvin Lee & Company was a compilation of songs that didn't make the cut on the first few albums. This song didn't make the cut on Stonedhenge, so it was put on that compilation, and later the Stonedhenge reissue.
Ten Years After Awesome just flat out awesome man no way you beat them for blues and rock!
Temazo¡¡¡¡ Long live the blues
Ever since the first time I heard this track, by the end, I have tears of joy running down my face, and I want to jump into Alvin's Marshall stacks and let them fall all over me. Thank you
