Temples - Sand Dance Lyrics
From under night sky we will wait hoping
That our reflection meets between two
Below the dark cries secretly laughing
A smile was passed but never on you
Secrets left us in turn
Circle in the desert where the mind grows now
In a sand dance we burn
Upon a question answers prevail
A vivid memory of which shes unsure
A lesser meaning left among feelings
A pirouette left down on the ground
Come into the meaning when the light sold our
Circle in the desert where the mind grows now
In a sand dance we burn
Guide the light to
Sinking from view
We have to be
What we have to learn
We have to see
Things that we wish could be
Flames between you
Burning from view
We have to be
What we have to learn
We have to see
Things that we wish could be
Still under night sky
We will wait hoping
That our reflection meets between two
Below the dark cries
Secret in passing
A smile will last but never on you
Guide the light to
Sinking from view
We have to be
What we have to learn
We have to see
Things that we wish could be
Flames between you
Burning from view
We have to be
What we have to learn
We have to see
Things that we wish could be

Temples Sand Dance Comments
Really cool and retro for me, a 60 year older
Planet Terror
I did part one for my school concert today FYI I'm in third grade
Love the title of the album, Sun Structures. Abu Roash and Abu Said, near Saqqara, Egypt, were "sun structures," too. As was the Ben Ben of Heliopolis. Abu Roash was sacred to the fifth dynasty Pharaoh/Kings Neferefre and Niussere.
Play this song (which is playing overhead in this Taco Bell right now) in conjunction with Piotr Tchaikovsky's "Marche Slav" for an eerily similar, "Eastern/Oriental" sound and feel and texture.
thank you -perfect mood
We are a group of music lovers nerding out over our favorite songs that fall under a new theme each day. Come show us what you got! Today’s theme is “Sand”.

Lyrics video a must! Hypnotic trance in every note, noteworthy of course in ride of life on this universal plane of earthy art!
It starts out good but becomes rather to repetitive I'm rhythm, accent, and atmosphere.
Is it just me or does this sound very similar to the opening of the swords Iron Swan
The outro screams drum solo.
Love it very catchy and chill with a punkish vibe
Has an epic feel... takes you on journey if you close your eyes and take it in
Ssssssssss!
good sound....the structure looks very much like those photographed by NASA on the moon back in 70-72 during Apollo missions but now denied...

Best new music I've heard in some time. Bravo TEMPLES!
i saw them at west terminal in atl best band ever...
Seeing that there is clearly a spiritual awakening unfolding in our midsts, I can only hope that my art can aid in this amazing positive shift of consciousness. For anyone into psychedelic, retro, 70s-esque rock music, check out my first single "A Glass of Tears Half Empty" which I released alongside a cover of The Doors classic "The Crystal Ship." I would love to hear what you guys think. Aura Blaze is just starting out so if you think this stuff has some merit and shows promise, feel free to share it with anyone you know who would like it! It would really be a huge help to me. Thank you.

Great Jam Mannnn! Far Out !
They also sound kinda like the Monkees during their psychedelic phase....
Their Lyrics are fucking great, and I saw them live not too long ago and they fucking blew my mind. I pretty much listen to these guys at minimum 12 times a day, also with Tame Impala hahaxD Sun Structures, Innerspeaker, Lonerism. are great albums to listen to if your in to this kind of music. Peace!! if anyone knows some albums like this share!
@Groovadelic42oh The three albums are great!!! < Psychedelia is back, time to reset our minds as one.
This song'a a reference to the classic sand dance
