This sounds like the guys choking on a Dick, then they add twang. Makes it country right? Wrong bring back good artists for example do something more like CCR or Johnny Cash I used to like country and Emerson drive is the band if they can be called that, that murdered country

This is getting old, but this time I really think it's counting only my views.

I prefer the original version, however, this is not a bad version. Hopefully it will get people to listen to the original version or at least watch the original version's music video which is pretty good. As for people saying this version has been "countrified," a lot of Avicii's songs have a country sound to them like Wake Me Up and Hey Brother while Addicted to You also has an older type of music feel to it but all of them have had electronic or techno added to it.

Avicci's version is not the original if that's what you're implying. This version is older

I've heard many covers of this song, and this is probably one of the best. Very nice production, perfect vocals, and even the instrumental part sounds good!

LOVE Tebey's version of Wake Me Up featuring Emerson Drive!!! But I gotta say.... VERY disappointed with the music vid. I was expecting something like Tebey's other videos, not something that is so... Less than amature at best.
