It took me a while to figure out what the problem was for me but then I got it. She's singing way too deep for her comfort. She's better off staying where she's comfortable vocally.

I don't hear that. I think it's fine. I don't think she's trying to be deeper than she can handle. I think she's trying to be subdued and emotional because it's a tribute song to Tom Petty after his passing.

Angelina Chen now she has a lower pitch but she has more technic...then her voice was more high and beautiful bit she couldn't sing as good ad she sings now...but I actually prefer her old voice too

Perhaps she covered this during/after her tours? Cause her voice sounds tired... i dunno. I think hehe
