This lyrics video is pretty old, so propably no one will care, but for me this song is about ecstase. The first slow paced minute with "oh baby come close to me", reminds you of people being close while having sex. Then go away, somebody wakes up from the trance, realizes what happened. Then the weird and twisted lyrics that show madness, reality, mind, brain, it's all dying, you can't look at anything the samr way. And the most powerful line propably " free thinkers are dangerous". So as I said, for me its about ecstase or just drugs overall.
