Supergrass - G-Song Lyrics

As I walk into the night,
I don't feel that my feet have touched the ground,
And I want to carry on,
But I can't see anyone who'd take the time,

There may be troubles, in your mind,
Maybe tomorrow, could be fine

I feel like going home,
But I don't know if I'm up or coming down,
And I feel there's something wrong,
But I know it's just the time it takes to climb,

There may be troubles in your mind,
Maybe tomorrow, you could be fine,

There may be troubles in your mind,
Maybe tomorrow, you could be fine.

  16. j.... ....

This song was featured in a Buffy the vampire Slayer episode "The Zeppo." That show always had the best but hard to find music

    j.... ....

    That’s why I’m here.
Tunefind lists a lot of the music from Buffy.
The Clement and Murray collaboration music from the series is particularly hard to find. I’ve only found two of their songs. “Wolves” is pretty good. It was in “Reptile Boy,” a crap episode with good songs.

America doesn't deserve this band. Sad we won't really get to have them around anymore. I think this song is very White Stripes sounding...

  24. M.... B....

the album this song is off, is the best damn album they have done, in my opinion

  25. j.... ....

Nothing like the Beatle's! okay maybe a few song's, but have load's of different influence's in there from 70's to 80's even. Lead singer Gaz sound's a lot like Billy Corgan on this album, Life on sound's more T-Rex i would say. In it for the money and I should coco are their two masterpiece's though. They will probably never equal those two again. Both those album's receive a ten out of ten from me.

  26. t.... ....

Supergrass are clearly the modern day successors to the Beatles. Their vocal harmonies are just as tight, great melodies, the best basslines around. VERY underrated.

  27. B.... ....

Songs have been uploaded. When you asked for the song "People" did you mean "Beautiful People"?

  28. B.... ....

Haha, indeed. Thank you, if you have any requests I would be happy to deliver.

On the subject of Supergrass, do you find the X-Ray Album and possibly Life on Other Planets two of the most Beatles sounding albums around? Even more so than say, Oasis for example. Cos I think so, and yet Supergrass seem to be somewhat overlooked.
