Superchunk - Throwing Things (Acoustic) Lyrics
I'm blowin' up the street like a leaf
I've skinned my back a few times you'll see
Head over heels, my hand on my heart
I'm makin' a promise and that's a start
I see you up in the tallest tree
You're throwin' things down at me
I'm starting to climb well, I'm starting on my knees
Somewhere along the way
Dusk returns back into day
The sky is orange
The trees lie down against it
You're leavin' a trail for me
You're throwin' things down at me
I'm starting to climb well, I'm starting on my knees

Superchunk Throwing Things (Acoustic) Comments
Did they do some sort of reunion???
Still great in their third decade. Jon can't decide on traditional or match grip. Maybe he's doing a Stewart Copeland impersonation.
Wow... you guys are still at it huh? Well it sounds great and I’m glad .
it's nice to see teenage garage music coming outta guys my age... and by "my age" I meant, it's time to get those prostates examined gentleman. It's all fun and games 'till somebody gets prostate inflammation. Gotta start watchin' what you eat... no more red meat, acidic food, wheat, caffine, spicy peppers... what I'm saying is we will all be dead soon... and with our mid-life crisis we will have to ask if the world will be better of without us... bees! nickels had pictures of bees on them! 5 bees for a quarter, you'd say, but the the important thing was I had an onion on my belt which was the style at the time!
... Are you okay?
Reading this gave me depression...
