Super Furry Animals Some Things Come From Nothing Comments
Had this on tape back in the day...
It's like a Magical Mushroomical Musical!
This needs to be on Spotify. Such a nice track.
The song title is so meaningful; wonderful and extraordinary things in life can be born from what seems like nothing, yet nothing must come from something as well.
And now it is on Spotify! Big thanks to whom it concerns
@SFS VHS i dont see it!

This is my all time favorite song but I don’t know why!
there's this feeling I get from that synthesizer sound (same feeling certain Aphex Twin tracks give me). it used to feel a bit more definite, but now the thoughts and feelings have become a bit more detatched, dissociated, and I wonder what it is about that kind of sound, what it actually makes me feel?
I think maybe it's a hypnagogic feeling, like the whole Film Boards of Canada thing, but it's hard to place. like, maybe a lost retro-futuristic utopian view of science? a mournful major key synthetic probing sound, out into the future, into space, a naivete?
I feel it too.
It's the sound of warm sadness. Lost futures.
Your artistic, resonant sense of curiosity/introspection is a beautiful thing - thank you for making space for that.
It just echoes in my brain.
I realize it's been a while since this comment, but care to make any recommendations? I need more bleeps and bloops exactly like this.
The closing theme to a documentary about the extinction of the human race...made for the amusement of Gixxilian archeologists.
Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy.
Beautiful and odd.
Great great track (as said below). One of my all-time favourites from the SFA genius machine.
From the Rock-Afire Explosion movie..
