In 1975 I was a theatre usher when/where this opened. I couldn't get enough of it. I must've seen it 200 times standing in the rear of the house allegedly "duly-ushering". The art form was slipping then; my pals thought I was nuts. Too bad it has now all but disappeared, save a strong interest in the northeast US, and a handful of community theatres. I think I'll drop a few bucks now, and stream the whole movie this evening!

One of my favorite songs by Barbra. Just absolutely the best vocals, and the ending is out of this world.

Loved the gown and fur for this number. No bra neccessary and panties were questionable. This outfit SCREAMED sex. Perfect body for it too. This woman can do anything and pull it off. She is literally everything. No actress/singer will EVER match her talent and beauty.

I have to say I prefer this version. Probably because it is the one I'm most familiar with. I was listening to the other version on here and I realized the vocal was noticeably different from what I remembered. I am just so happy to have found the version I used to listen to all the time.

Beautiful and competent your video. I loved it simply! And I love the tune either. The soundtrack of this picture is a real masterpiece. Unfortunately I think the movie could have been made with another sort of direction - I would like to watch something more realistic like Cabaret was made for exemple... But nothing is perfect in this world. I remember the first time I saw Funny Lady - it was a sunday night of 1975... Thanks so much the pleasure you gave to me.

This is obviously the vinyl (or cassette) version. I prefer the soundtrack album more than the CD version. Many songs seem like alternate versions of the songs on the album which I would play over and over again.
