Him and I discussed this song in detail once. He wrote this shortly after Twilight Time. There was even a demo recorded with him singing (and for Against the Wind) but he no longer has it unfortunately. He said if he did, he would have gladly released it to the public. Around 1992, Stratovarius were invited to play their first non-European show in Japan. It was first time flying on a plane and he was MISERABLE during that flight. He was terrified the whole time. He overcame this fear after many shows so he no longer has it according to him.

@Redblaze27 Lengthy trip? Well maybe, but It's not about being bored, it's about being afraid, which is a very powerful feeling. Anyway, I've always thought of songs like this or Against the Wind as examples of how we can turn everyday moments into epic events.
