Every time I come across something Devin's done, I learn more about music than half a year's lesson from school. How is this guy not more famous than the plastic tone-deaf posers that fill the airwaves with cancer?

If he was American instead of Canadian....He would have been much bigger.....prime example....RUSH is probably the most talented band on earth...but because they are CANADIAN ...they get lost in the shuffle as well.!!!!!!....Devin is a GOD....but obviously the population is too fucking stupid and would rather listen to something stupid like Jay Z, Snoopy Dawg , or Cardy fucking B.

I'm a fan of both, Anaal Nathrakh and Dev's Decon' album and I don't see the connection.
Anaal Nathrakh is 'the sound track to armageddeon' while Decon is... I dunno but you see my point.

I love the pure jumbled insanity in Deconstruction. Reminds me a bit of Anaal Nathrakh :D

I love Dev's solo stuff more than SYL (and I really love SYL, so that's saying a lot), but Deconstruction is the worst proper album Dev has put out in my opinion. Absolutely hate it. The only song I actually like is Praise The Lowered, which is superb. The rest really does nothing for me except for some really cool moments like the start of Sumeria or The Mighty Masturbator for example, plus a few other short moments here and there throughout.

Anyway, just my opinion.

I could never get into that album.

SYL fans would dig the fuck out of some of Devin's solo work, especially Deconstruction.
