the pain in her voice comes across to me as too forced, almost like the old country singers of the US who would have their voice "crack" a bit for emphasis, but with that said, that's just my opinion and it doesn't detract from her talent at all. :)

+Bill McGee I can value that. I never heard that about the old country singers, but I think I know what you're talking about.. got any examples of songs I'll heard that in?

+Lewis Jones o/, you can find some of that in artists like Patsy Cline and Reba's music, the emphasis at certain points... of course, I'm old enough to remember Hank Senior, but also old enough not to remember all of the songs I've heard growing up in the south :P
