I don't know much about nordic countries, but in baltic countries people were forcibly christened, so you really have no idea what you are talking about. And as others have said, do some historical research. While crusades were called to "holy lands", smaller crusades, led by Teutonic order, were also happening against the baltic pagans.

And because I'm a Christian, I know that what they did was actually hypocritical to the faith they claimed they followed and it was also heresy. Remember that in Scandinavia a lot of people were forced to accept Christianity, and the old religion was destroyed.
