The music playing in the background is what eventually became "Can't Go Back" from the Fleetwood Mac Mirage Album. It's an instrumental version Lindsey must have given to Stevie. The Mirage album was being worked on when this was filmed.

Why is everyone talking about a "recording" of Love in Store playing in the beginning, and that's why it couldn't be 1981. No recording is playing...it's only Stevie singing. Can you not see her lips moving? This is 1981 and neither Love in Store nor Wild Heart had been copyrighted or recorded yet, but they were in development. Stevie was just bouncing ideas around with her backup singers.
