Jesus saved me in 1988, and Steven C. Chapman was one of the first Christian artists I heard. This has been a long road, and I've been listening to Steven's music all along the journey. I've 'grown up' with him, and as we age, this song is perfect. Not that cute young thing anymore, the kids are grown, people have gone on to eternity, chapters of life close...but all through it, we know that our Abba Father will bring us beyond this world to be with Him, from glory....to Glory! Thanks, Steven, for once again reminding us and for touching our hearts, and for giving another message of hope for a bruised and hurting world. Can't wait to hear what you do when we are in heaven! Having such a bad today, feels like all my stress and anxiety are caving in on me.. Not the best thing to do but I couldn't even find the strength to walk into school today (I'm skipping right now while listening to this).. It's just my Anxiety is a constant battle but this song gives me a little bit of peace knowing life's bigger than this world's stress and we have internal life in heaven. We're gonna make it🎵

SCC played in my home town and shared that this song was part of his journey towards healing after the tragic and unexpected death of his little girl. He told the audience that he originally intended to write a very sad song about her death and how it impacted his faith and his family's faith but as he began to write, he grabbed the nearest instrument...a ukulele...and he joked that it's really hard to write a sad song when you're playing a ukulele. A happy "sad" song to remind us that one day we will be home with the Father through the grace offered by His Son, Jesus.

That's what in scared of. Growing up. Having a family is scary and in scared i won't ve able to raise them like my parents raised/raising us. I'm still young (teen) but still! I have so many friends and best friends and we're all so tight. I believe in God deeply but sometimes I'm scared cuz ik to follow him u have to be willing to leave everything behind and that does scare me

I agree, but sometimes what people have a hard time believing is how some Christians (usually the loudest) have either projected an image that they are perfect and better than others or they say one thing with their mouths and live opposite of that. Luke warm Christianity can hurt just as much. I guess that's why Christ has threatened to spit luke warm Christians out of his mouth.

But if you think about it, every religion is about believing something you don't see.
When have we seen the Hindu gods running around India? Seen a Buddhist reborn or reach enlightenment? Can you tell me that you saw Muhammad walk to Heaven from Jerusalem, or do Muslims take that by faith? My point is that believing in anything requires a bit of faith in the unseen. So it's hypocritical for people of other religions to refuse Christianity because they can't see God.

Because in today's society, you don't want someone religious with good music. You want someone who can wear anything and make it 'look good' while singing about anything and everything. Our world isn't as it used to be when God was amazing in schools, you could bring your bible in the military, and you let your kids watch TV without having to worry about them watching something profoundly bad on a cartoon channel. But there is still hope :), always hope! Things will get better. I believe it!
