I met a very sweet lady named Mary Lou when I was volenteering at an assisted living community. I couldn't help but sing this song is my head the whole time we were talking.

This is my first time hearing the Statler Bros version of this song, and I can honestly say that I think they did it some justice.

I hated it until they sang it.

The Statlers put a gospel song on every one of their albums throughout their entire career. In addition to that they have several gospel albums that are wonderful. The last one they did before they retired is called Amen. Look for it. It is amazing!
