Really brings back memories of my high school years,when I was big into country music(this song was one of those that came out while I was in high school). In fact,I was also still in high school when the movie Young Sherlock Holmes was released,and because Elizabeth was his girlfriend's name in the movie,I can remember jokingly and seriously thinking,"Seems Young Sherlock Holmes could have sung this song,especially after Elizabeth gets shot and dies near the end of the movie." Holmes might as well have sung this,song then, as he even tells Watson just before leaving London,"I can't stay here,this place is too full of memories." Anyway,lovely song,thanks for posting.

This was my grandfather's favorite group. I attended his funeral and remembered that e loved the song "I'll Go to My Grave Loving You" so I decided to look them up. They are now my favorite group of all time just barely beating the Beatles.

Husker, they were underrated in my book. I'm not new to country, been listening since the early 1970s when I became old enough to understand what music was. I know they had their own show and were all over the Nashville scene but it seems after the mid 1980s no one ever heard of them. They are relevant to this day was my point. Especially in light of the trash that passes for country music there days.
