I don't listen to much pop-punk. It's mostly post-hardcore for me. This band is probably the best I have found at writing catchy melodies. Even the verses of the songs are really catchy. Gotta be one of my favorite bands ever.

(IMO) The finger things > around the world and back. We don't need another all time low.. Lyrics aren't even close to as well written as on TFT. It's all pop and zero punk.. Was hoping for more of Derek's raspy sound. It will grow on me with time, but as a die hard state champs fan, I am sorta disappointed. Seems like they mirrored ATL to sell more albums? Who knows.

Are you really gonna spam every song just to give your two cents about how you think they sold out and just wrote these to make more album sales.a majority of the band loves pop music so what did you think would happen. If you were a die hard fan you'd have seen them leaning this way a long time ago. (IMO) I think TSSF and knuckle puck just yell monotone vocals into mics and just speak of angst and not much uplift. Just a horrible example and ashamed to even be called pop punk. But I guess that's the beauty of opinions. No ones right or wrong. Just don't going spamming bands music and say how they sold out. +Thomas Murray nah man this sounds like old NFG and old FOB and the starting line. This is what pop punk sounds like. I listen to it all before any of these bands came out and it's what I grew up on. I mean think what you want man. You just kinda sound like all the other haters who turned their backs because they put a little more pop in their punk and touring with bands like 5sos. This is just solid writing. From the instruments all the way to the vocals.
