Starr, Ringo - Choose Love Lyrics

Dark clouds in my head disappear
The sky is turning blue, now you're here
We've come a long way, day after day, (we still got a long way to go)
You've got to pay your dues, if you want to sing the blues
But, no matter what you choose, choose love

The Long and Winding Road, is more than a song
Tomorrow Never Knows, What Goes On
To live your life right, you've got to let in the light, and let all the darkness go
You've got to pay your dues, if you want to sing the blues
But, no matter who you choose, choose love

Love, love, love, love, love
Choose Love!

You've got to pay your dues, if you want to sing the blues
But, no matter how you choose
You've got to pay your dues, if you want to sing the blues
But, no matter what you choose, choose love

Choose love, choose love, choose love

(Love is the answer)

Today's DNC has forgotten that and anyone who votes for them is part of the problem contributing.

I don´t understand how this excellent album failed to chart. It´s as if people had gotten accustomed to ignoring this talented artist´s albums! Fortunately enough, his live performances remain as popular as ever!

I've noticed in many post-Beatles songs that John, George, Ringo, or Paul wrote many have influences or references back to the Beatles. For example in also every Ringo and Paul song there is a harmonising chorus just like the the beatle style. In the Ringo Starr song "Don't hang up" Don't pass me by, I am the walrus, and tomorrow never knows are all mentioned.

This sounds so much like a Beatles song from 1967. The bass line is especially sweet.. This album is Ringo's finest by far and shows what a talented artist he really is.
