I can relate. My kids mom left me and my kids behind now she is doing good and married and I’m having a hard time. She didn’t do anything for my kids for over a decade now that they are older 21 and 17. She doing everything for them and I’m nothing now to my kids after everything I did

Please seek it if you haven't already. As someone who has lived a life of regret, I promise you there are people who care about and love you. I know what it is to be at the point of "fuck everyone else, what about me?" but you can get through it.
