I was recommended Sonic Youth many years ago, but other than a brief listen to Daydream Nation, I never listened beyond that. I regret it. This band writes memorable vocals and guitar lines. They also have a cool sound. And this is coming from someone who listens to Firefall, Pure Prairie League and the Steve Miller Band!
