This album was high school, 10th grade, my first love... her name was Maira❤️ the very first time we kissed this song was playing so loud on an amazing sound system at my parents house... it was such a beautiful moment...I would play this album on repeat for the longest.

I can relate to this song in more than one way. I've been engaged twice, both times cheated on. Love is a fickle bitch.

What a beautiful album that personally feels so under appreciated. It actually bothers me that this album is never brought up when the band is commercially talked about. I've loved this band from the beginning, and this album is a (huge) reason why I still care about this band. I love Gish. I love Siamese. I love Mellon Collie. But Adore ripped my heart apart, and made me want to understand how I can put it back together.

Beautiful. I love it when Billy and D’Arcy sing together. Their voices complement each other.

When this song came out as a single critics said it lacked catharsis. Well, they certainly got it wrong as the whole song is one.

Love this album always did got it for Christmas when I was a kid.

I won this album and about 5 more at ozzfeat 98.i started listening to it in 2003 and fell in love with it.it became the soundtrack to a relationship I was in with a woman who abused the hell out of me,but it was still a strange but good experience.i learned a lot about women from this girl,and i,guess I can thank her for that.i ended up marrying her and divorcing her 5 years later.go figure.

Still brings up so much emotion 20 years later. I remember living on my own for the first time, had just lost my high school sweetheart...playing this song and album over and over.

When this album came out it originally got a cold reaction from all the fans wanting more big chorus rock anthems, but over time I think it has gained a lot of ground. A lot of really nice moments on this one.

Yeah, the "kids" didn't think Billy could perform without JC on drums....wrong, dead wrong.

When the kids aged another 10-20 years and the angst made way for other feelings. This album really was ahead of its time

One of my faves out of this album. I can relate to it, it's really introspective and you can feel the pain in Billy's voice.

My friend, I guess I can still call her that, is or was a burlesque model. We were never hugely close, but we understood each other. We were in different circles but always ended up in the same group somehow. We were into each other at different stages and never confirmed it until much later, after we'd gotten older and kind of moved on. We went out with different people, neither of us very happy. She went to the uk to model and did well for herself but ended up coming back home. We talked a bit, reminisced, and then she said she'd been to a therapist. She suggested I did it too. We understood each other alright, but I guess I never understood how someone could understand me that much. I started to go and talk. Built myself up again and really got to know myself. She moved on, found a husband and had a kid. I'm happy for her. I wonder how she's doing sometimes and still think about her occasionally. She changed my life in ways and I want her to know I'm grateful xx

Why did she suggested to go to a therapist???.... Well i think is never too late at least to close this chapter in your life you should contact her just to see if she needs this call as much as you did all this time

Ive been listening to this since I was 14. I love this album so much. It does remind me of my ex but, even more so, it reminds me of my life. Love it so much. I can also play it on piano.

I'd love to see the original Pumpkins reconcile and maybe tour again. I'm sure it'll never happen. But hey, one can dream. They had already broken up by the time I really got into them during my adolescent years but I went through those years with Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie as the soundtracks to my life. I recently got Adore (I didn't even know they made anything between Mellon Collie and Zeitgeist) and it's just another A+ album from this group. 

Oh how I dream of seeing these guys play live one day. It probably won't happen. Til then, I dream.

Well, it's just about time! since Billy has reconciled with James and D'Arcy and its a fact they are going to tour again..now lets wait for the big news..

NOT ONLY REFORM, BUT SPECIFICALLY PLAY MOST SONGS FROM GISH (1991) TO MACHINA (2000); THEY CAN LEAVE OUT MOST OF WHAT CAME AFTER!

It was the first CD I bought when I was a child as well. I still have it and it’s 2019. I became a singer singer writer and had the chance to play and write with Corgan himself. I play in a band now that people say we have the Pumpkins vibe... I take that as a compliment :)
