man. stumbled upon this song around 2015 on spotify recommendations. high school days. since then, i forgot this song even existed. finding it and listening to it again now makes me remember those times, feel the vibe of getting home from school and rocking out to all these "whiteboi metal" songs on my guitar or gaming while listening to em, it's weird. probably won't listen to this until i find myself being nostalgic again, lol.

btw, give that vocalist cpr. nice vocals really on the choruses and breakdown

This song, to me, is the definition of blossoming. That first riff catched my attention years ago even when I was younger and pretty intolerant about clean singing, but now that I learned to appreciate it, it's delightful. The videoclip, the production, the melodies and riffs, and the singing and the lyrics combined, all of this is making me feel like a flower blossoming. At first I was thinking that the lyrics were just "The average nonsense/esoteric djent lyrics", then at some point in my life, I could relate to every single sentence of that song. And it helped me to overcome a difficulty I was facing, it helped me to see clearer, to deal with myself and the world way better, and for that I want to thank you Skyharbor.

Somehow this is a great workout song

Music is great, not much on the vocals. The lyrical content doesn’t bother me much either. But I just prefer something a little grittier in my rock/metal. Sounds kinda Def Tone-ish, which is a plus. Actually saw them last night opening for Babymetal. Not bad. But Babymetal was better by a long shot. The irony is that Babymetal vocals are farther from gritty than these guys. Lol. But they rock so hard, I was into it from the very first song to the last. 🤘🏻

I found out about Sky harbor from a friend who went to one of their recent concerts, and I'm not a hundred percent sure how to feel, the song is really good, but there is something there that kind of turns me away too, but I'm not sure what it is.
