One of the few songs from this album that sound like it could've been a B-side off of Collide.

This song hits it right on the nailhead. It didn't even hit close to home, it hit home itself. I love it.

This is really an underrated masterpiece. Just listen to how all the sounds fit together, and the feedback in background, plus the lyrics!! Truly epic. And...sometimes I relate.

I just really love how raw and honest this song is. It’s a really unappreciated Skillet track.

I’ve realized after listening again that it’s one of my favorites because it really resonates with me. I have those moments that I just don’t want to be or do better. I want to be angry, I want to be bitter, I want to be upset. I want you to understand how badly you made me hurt. Because it’s a very human, of the flesh rather than the spirit reaction. Because my spirit KNOWS that’s wrong and fights it, but the fallen flesh nature wants to fight back and say “well RIGHT NOW we just want to feel like this WITHOUT forgiving for a while”. It’s a battle, and one you have to work at, pray through, and learn from. And I appreciate Skillet having the openness to cover that .

Same here, it's one of my favorites. I wish it got more attention. And just like you said, the flesh part of me is always trying to stay angry, to stay hurt, and it does take a lot of praying for me to realize that isn't how I should live. I love your interpretation of the song, have nice day

This band has changed my life. I’m avery sensitive person so I get mad easily and this song just cures the Madness in me

KN1 GHT I think there music has a hidden message that the human brain can’t interpret but can sense so it stimulates our anger

This song speaks more to the little evil things people do and how they fill each of us with a feeling of guilt/pain for not feeling guilty about it, while Monster speaks more to one's dark desires that are repressed for fear of ruining your own and other's lives. At least, that's how I interpret the difference.
