@David Benner Around the time the album was released, in one interview Skid Row said Eileen is about crazy woman who lived in someone's childhood neighborhood. Children were afraid of her because they thought she's a witch like in fairytales.

this is a great song..
Subhuman Race was SR's coming of age album I think, very mature album, very good songwriting and vocal lines, everything very balanced..
I used to listen to it vey often back in the days, I'm getting a copy again..shit..
