i can't listen to this song, not because it's a bad song (we all know our king troye physically cannot make a bad song), but because of how lonely it sounds. from the intro to the outro, the only things i can think of are the words "alone" and "dark". which, i think, is a brilliant reflection of how talented troye is with his music, and how he can put so mch feeling into one song.

I know you commented literally a year ago LMAO but i honestly felt the complete opposite, I don't feel 'alone' or 'dark' from this song. I feel love and comfort and honestly just utter happiness the kind that you just feel inside not necesarily from the context your in, but just true happiness, does that make sense? I hadn't thought about it being lonely, because for me this song represents the security that companionship brings, but that is definitely an interesting interpretation.
