Love them i grew up listening to them.

This was released in 1985, not 1979.

I don't get it. This totally random guy, Robin Seecharan, sees nothing inappropriate about plastering his name all over the start and finish of an official and obviously professionally made video that he had no hand whatsoever in making. Today's youngsters are so arrogant, assuming some sort of credit online for another person's hard work sweat and tears AND he expects praise and online adulation for doing it. First time in 12 years on YouTube I've ever agreed with the "thumbs down" posse. 374 people have sense and integrity.

I'm so blessed to have grown up in the 80s. Heard my cousin singing this song at her house in 1985. And that's when i could never forget this tune until today.

I was visiting my family in Europe summer of 1985. I was 15. Summer was winding down and this was a big hit. I had a crush on Italian guy named Rudi and I could relate to the lyrics, "you looked at me and then I blushed". We became friends and my friends and I changed sang the song and replaced.the name "Frankie" to "Rudi."
