Sinatra, a rogue in life was a total artist when ever he opened his mouth to sing. He sang every song as if it were the greatest ever written. This is one of his two versions of the Christmas Waltz and is by far my favorite. He invests it with so much personal feeling, and of course, the Voice. Thanks for this wonderful, timeless Christmas momento, Frank!...If there were ever coal in your stocking it was never because of the way you sang1

there are two versions of this Sinatra classic. I love this one. There is much more choral work in this one.

The choir is beautifully somber in the beginning and end. Nearly tears me up just hearing how sentimental they sound. Masterpiece.
