Frank Sinatra's voice is so velvety and romantic, it's just. Beautiful. I'm not even a woman and I'm falling in love.

Interesting fact from this movie was that Sinatra was smitten with Kelly but afraid to make a move because he knew that Bing Crosby had also had a relationship with her. The fear of rejection actually caused Sinatra to take a pass but I’m sure it was a hard proportion.

lol i love these classic hollywood films; some studios always kept an especially close ear to what the people wanted, so sometimes we get ridiculous films with a love triangle and clark gable in the middle, because the ladies loved him; sometimes we get films like high society, which threw bing crosby, frank sinatra and grace kelly together, and which also had such a lovingly frivolous plot that wouldn't work in today's film industry. like there's so much fan service, i loved it, because we get films like high society out of it.

and damn if didn't enjoy an engaged grace kelly swinging back and forth between three men, two of which happen to be some of the greatest singers of all time.

The hole movie is a perfection! One of the best, ever! Almost every sceen.
This one is one of the best & also the one and unique sceen with Crosby presenting the Armstrong's band & singing with him. A perfection!!
