@RoyaltyPkers Agreed, similar but I feel they have grown for the better! I thought This is How the Wind Shifts was one of their best efforts to date! One helluva live show as well, just saw them in April finally. Caught a guitar pick from the new guitarist as well!

i find it amazing that this band can essentially follow the same kind of song structure (I don't mean that in a bad way) and yet still manage to make every album seem different and refreshing. I love this band so much and hope they continue to make amazing records 

Yes, it's a fine line between monotony and consistency..  Silverstein's been quite capable of maintaining their characteristic sound, but they do permit enough variation to keep it fresh.

It's rare the only other bands I think that can pull it off and keep their sound is bad religion, new found glory, and Yellowcard.

That is the truth, truth! lol not to mention surpassing their prior albums was no easy task! I've been a fan since Discovering the Waterfront, and to this day they never cease to amaze me. Shane Told is a lyrical genius! I finally get a chance to see them live next month, absolutely STOKED!

Their hooks and riffs are just outstanding in every song. I love that Silverstein stays true to their sound, and Shane is one of the nicest and most humble guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I'm not gonna lie, I agree with everyone who says they should have more of a following and I'm also angry that they aren't more known. Mainly because they're one of a kind and for once in a band, every musician is extremely talented at what they do. But if you want to help them get a bigger following, get other people started on them. That's what I do. I've gotten at least 20+ people started on them. And if you do the same, and also ask those people to spread it too, maybe they'll get bigger

Silverstein is one of my favorite bands and always will be but I'm sad that it seems with every record they put out they seem to get better and better but more people forget about them :( I wish a band as talented as Silverstein had more of a following.
