Silent Planet - The Well Lyrics
Mother, tell me story or sing me a song
It's a sacred sort of disorder how these sisters came along-
Of flocks of fools, and dozens of men who fell through their thrones into the abyss of again
The kings of earth, crippled with crowns, and the cursed criminal who turned it upside down
So we shout: "Hold us together. Tear me apart."
May our blood be spilled for the life of this world
"Do you feel whole? Will you see my face?
You are. I'm not, but you are
Dead to conceive life that tells out stories
"Hold us together. Tear me apart."
May our suffering sing the hymns we couldn't hear. "Hold us together even if it tears me apart."
May our blood be spilled for the life of this world

This band is so amazing.... It really needs to be discovered...
Can't wait to see them at Warped this summer :D
This band is too amazing :D
I just saw them live tonight with BearTooth & honestly the lead singer was so nice and complimented my hair, he was so sweet & so thankful to have others around him in awe with his music. Definitely worth your time!
that's ed for you! oiiiiiii(ask him)
What is this song about
read the description.
try letterstoafriendfromokc ethan and his band shred ass his vocals rock but i think virage was still better
Holy titties I'm subscribing
cool shit but all these bands are cool but still sound the dam same wtf!
+Dr Who These guys convey a lot more emotion for a standard metalcore band. Garrett, the vocalist, sounds even more passionate/pissed than any other vocalist. In my opinion, at least.
+Dr Who musical notes are comprised of seven notes. a through g. a scale is eight notes, repeating the first root note in succession either progressively forward or downward.
+Bradley Hauf everyone states that "this sounds the same." its because they use the same notes. music starts to sound the same because they use the same frequencies as well as other musics. Therefore you have listened to a lot of music and your hearing has become attuned the way it has become attuned to sound. I would suggest an open field. of solace to practice.
1:40 to the end is fucking powerfullllllllll uggggh
getting an old oh sleeper vibe is it just me?
son of the morning is where i heard it
+Chris Bryz YES! I was just thinking that same thing. Aside from the instrumentals, I think it is his uncleans - they sound a lot like Oh, Sleeper.
+John Doe Ayeeeeeeeee John Doe
+John Doe The clearest influence I hear is in the vocal style Garret uses. It's similar in tone and rhythm to the way Micah does it.
right thats what they sound like lol
What song is referenced with mewithoutyou?
+suckmydragonbalz Messes Of Men. "I do not exist. Only You Exist."
+Will Herridge thank you!
No problem!
Can get enough of this song.
God always needs to be capitalized.
+Justin Dade I think he'll be okay.
first song I heard from these guys and I already love them :)
How do they make these animated backgrounds.. are they like powerpoints of some sort? they're amazing and interesting all in one!
@William Hamill they use programs like Cinema 4D, Maya, After Effects, and Photoshop.
+William Hamill lol powerpoint, wow.
@Noah Harned lmao go easy on em'
Is...is that Ryan Kirby I hear in there?
охуенно просто
I don't wanna be THAT guy but is this a "christian" band?
@Bruce Wayne Spot on. Came to say this and you nailed it :)
Their lyrics even have Bible Verses in it & that's very epic!!!
This song specifically is about Jesus story through Mary's eyes
spitoutblood just a fun fact: The Crimson Armada was never christian.. The vocalist said in an interview he was not a christian and that he did it literally just for the fan base... I could speaking out context, but it is true.
Very Christian! But I'm 4 years late so who am I kidding...
and god slept on...
that phinehas reference!!!
@Alcoda Where? and what is phineas
@Jake 1 Check the lyrics; part 3 references Phinehas' song, Crowns (one of my favorites by them). They're very similar to these guys in many ways, though I personally like Phinehas the most of all Christian metalcore bands.
+jacobjedi2 They are touring together this fall on the "Wake" tour, along Gideon, Fit for a King and For Today. That' a killer lineup. I'm seeing them in Philly on 10/15! :-)
I'm probably going to be seeing them in Cleveland unless something happens that prevents me from doing so. Loved the other two shows I saw of Phinehas and Silent Planet (also saw For Today only once at Creation Fest Northeast this year), and I enjoyed hanging out with the guys before and after their sets. :)
Thanks solidstate.
For a second I thought the screaming at 1:40 was Ryan Kirby.
Such an epic song
