They were known as "Pacifier" for a while to appease dumb Americans. Shihad is their name.

Because 'shihad' supposedly sounds like Jihad and the band name wouldnt go down well in america. So the name shihad had connotations with jihad according to some. Ridiculous really that they were told to change their name

Both Records came out within a year of each other. Yeah, the matthew good record came out very late in 2001, and this record was released in august of 2002.while the time between the release dates of both records allows the opportunity for people to say "They ripped off Matthew good", 'The audio of being' was released only in Canada & US, not in Australia/NZ. I doubt shihad would have had a chance to hear "man of action" before making this record.
