I saw him in San Diego years ago and this was his final song. I was so sorry for the concert to end. I have loved him since I first heard him sing, he is my favorite singer of all time. I hated the guy I was with at the concert, all my love was for this beautiful singer onstage.
He is one of the best unrecognized singer there is. So sorry he stopped performing but i did get to see him and even get a kiss. He is the best to come along .
He sang this song to me when i was 4 on his tour bus in Danville il. Kissed me on both cheeks. And he kept playing with my hair i had platinum blonde hair with curls. Ill never forget that

I saw Ricky sing this on an awards show in the days before youtube. I bought his vinyl album just to get his version of this song. I had every one of Roy Orbison's on reel to reel tapes I was that much of a fan, but Ricky's version of this song definitely right up there with Roy.
