I used to listen to this song when I was 12/13 and it just showed up in my recommend today. Listening to this i couldn't help but recall how at peace or sane I used to feel compared to now. I would take long walks and click random pictures just for the fun of it, write shitty poetry and always hum some tune. It feels like somewhere along the way I lost myself, my mind is constantly racing, I'm always stressed most times for no apparent reason its like ive gotten so used to worrying that when I dont worry I worry about not worrying. I don't feel like me anymore, I dont even know who I've become.

My best friend loved this song and it was played at his funeral when he died three months ago

When I was younger, I had a good friend, who was my only friend. He was so kind and funny. People would make fun of him because he had big ears, but he didn't care. He felt like a brother to me. Unfortunately I had to move away because our family was being stalked. The next school I went to, I was bullied for having no friends and being short and stupid. I missed him everyday. We moved again, this time I made sure to surround myself with as many people as I could so I didn't have to feel the pain of being alone again. The saddest part is, I don't even remember his face. I'm so grateful for the people in my life now, but I still miss him.
