This song just turns me to mush. It used to be due to the Wonder Years episode that I enjoyed many years ago, but now it’s something else. I have fallen for another woman while still married. While I still love my wife, I wish there was a way to have a romantic relationship with my other friend as well, if only for one night. This song makes me think of her.

First these was Seger with this amazing Melody and chords. A hit record already. Then along came some genius and pimped it up with state of the art 80s synth and put Easton and Rogers in it and it just explodes . What a masterpiece!!

Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet band greatest hits was my first tape, that wasn't kids music. I was 10. I have always loved his voice. He is one of the best.
