He's had bigger hits,but this is my favorite. Saw him in small clubs in Monroe Mi. In the late 60s early 70s before he hit the big time. He is simply the best of all time, Michigan's own Bob Seger. And, he has never forgotten where came from.

It's like an angel guided me to this song I never heard before I Always liked Bob seger I lost my husband 3 months ago and this song really touched me like hes communicating to me thru this song

All over the world and any generation. Most of today's music isn't worth listening to and some could even make ones ears bleed. Bob's music will never die

Man you know what... I went to find this song not too long ago.. And youtube search engine just couldn't find it. I thought,,, I know I've heard Bob sing this before.. I wanted to cover the song, like He sings it. So I found another version and tried that away. But I covered the song. It's not bad.

This was my father's favorite song off of Bob Seger And The Silver Bullet Band's 1991 album "The Fire Inside". Thinking of my dad as I listen to this song can make me teary eyed, sad, happy and spiritually inspired all at the same time. My dad was also a semi Tom Waits fan in the last 20 years of his life. I had never discussed the fact with him that Tom Waits wrote and sang the original version of "Blind Love". Being that Tom Waits' voice is a somewhat acquired taste in my opinion, I find Bob Seger's version vastly superior and gorgeous. My dad's spirit and love for great music lives on (RIP 1942-2012).

One of my favorite Bob Seger tunes. The 60's were my teen years in the Detroit Michigan area and Bob was a local talent that played at local high schools. He also played at a little place called the Hideout. We used to pay 50 cents a head to get in to such places. What great music we heard back then at bargain basement prices. Bob still lives here and is around from time to time.

Originally written and recorded by Tom Waits. If your interested do a youtube search on "Blind Love Tom Waits". I must say Seger cleaned it up quite a bit from the Waits recording.
