What are you talking about? Look at any album Jonny was on with DGD and read the lyrics. Now look at the self-titled and Happiness album where he wasn't writing. Jonny definitely wrote most of the lyrics for DTBM2

There will be a full length, as confirmed by Jon Mess. They've postponed writing until June this year, but there will be a Secret Band full length record. I'm pumped for it.

I like secret band because it shows that DGD isnt JUST Jonny Craig, its the entire band that makes them unique not just one person.

I thought Jhonny was good as their initial vocalist, but when Kurt arrived, it gave em room to become more energetic considering Kurt cant hold out long notes like jhonny and forced to experiment. Unfortunately I think DTBM2 was a rehash of Happiness with some Self Titled thrown in. Cause you can tell they didnt go back to their old song writing style. THIS, is just them saying, WE STILL GOT SWAG without that pussy whinner. I mean, youd be def to deny theres DGD written allover this. SO ENJOY!

Well they tried harder in those two weeks. I know for sure that jonny slacked off on their latest album. THey havnt recorded anything as good as its safe to say you dig the back seat.

No problem. I even watched an interview recently where jonny admitted that this recent album he didn't even try, and it was just to get back on his feet. They wrote it in like 2 months! I hope their next album is better.

I agree. Their first ep and first album were groundbreaking and perfect. ANd then the two albums with kurt, while they lacked the same jonny RnB quality, were still very good. Nd now dtbm II sounds horrible.
