This album is proving to be considerably better than artificial selection according to my ears.

This is the first, and as of this content only song I've heard by this band. Reminds me of the former band "snot". Loving it!

Definitely check out the rest of this album if you haven't yet. It has blown me away.

Mathcore

If I were to sound as intelligent and specific as possible, I would consider this genre to be experimental alternative post-hardcore. I don't quite agree that it's mathcore because mathcore bands have way more tempo, key, and time signature changes, to the point where sometimes it's hard to enjoy cuz there isn't really melody to hold on to. The songs on this album pretty much all follow the song structures of post-hardcore.
