I'm like.... Wow.... I started crying so hard... I wish I had 5 more minutes with my Aunt. She died 11 months ago, and I cared about her forever. Just because she died doesn't mean she doesn't mean the world to me. This song means a lot to me, and my life. I cry every time I hear this. Its so hard not to. In computer class tomorrow, I will try not to cry during class but its so hard not to when I hear this. It reminds me of everything I've been through. This song means a LOT to me and I cant stop listening to it, I want the radio to explain this song and its sad meaning. Scotty probably made this song because of his grandpas deaths. In the beginning, did anyone notice at time 0:02 it said "For my grandfathers"? That part made me heartbroken. Stay strong for anyone in your family going through this. ;/ Love yall, make sure to like this is your family and this song mean everything to you...

My old preacher, Brother Danny, was my closest friend, a long time ago. He came to my church back in 2010, a long time ago. I was 7 when my parents divorced and he helped me through it, back in 2013, a long time ago. He baptized me in 2016, a long time ago. Our friendship was cut to short, when he tragically died in a car crash on July 5, 2018, a long time ago. All though it was a long time ago, his memory still lives on in my mind. As one of his country bands, The Highwaymen, would say in their song, “American Remains”. “We will not be forgotten, we won’t be forgotten, our memories live on in mortal minds, and poets pens, and we’ll ride again.” That was a long time ago, but I remember it and it lives on in my mortal mind. Rest In Peace Brother Danny. I love you buddy........
