🥀My life story in this song bcoz I wake up every day Praying I don't relive that knock on the door when my Daughter killed by drunk driver, lost my husband heart attack took him out, my Son was murdered by his girlfriend & turned out to be her 2nd victim! I have 2 other daughter's now adult but after the others died both @ different times tried to commit suicide in the 90's now with God's help there trying hard to get another day I have Faith in God and His word I'm just thankful for these songs they help me vent & leave my testimony with whoever it can help! In Deed I'm just now living after the murder of my beautiful Son 2005. And this i just did not care about anything. In 2008 while on pills and drinking. A day on The river well turned in to me drawing. 2days in the hospital. Still did not stop me. But I've not had a drink in 11years. And got off all the pills The Dr had me on. And now have two beautiful grandsons I spend a lot of time with.

I always explained rock stars as singing poets and Scott is one pure example in my opinion

Fui muito fã do creed na minha adolescência.. (muito de muito) o tempo passou e os sentimentos se acalmaram.. mas as vezes quando ousso ainda pareço voltar ao tempo. É dificil entender e explicar como as vezes um artista representa tanto, a sensação é que nós nos conhecemos.

Também , desde a época da novela , foi a primeira música que ouvi , daí em diante , não parei mais.
É tão bom ver ele novamente , pena que não está com o Creed , mas a sensação de velo bem é muito bom!!! ☺️

Scott you have inspired me since the beginning. Keep the faith.

This song is about his diagonosis of bi-polar disorder. Last year was not a good year for him the paranoia and the potential loss of another wife. Jacklyn was brave to force him into rehab and treatment. His scars are deep as most peoples are and his childhood trauma is still inside him. I hope his new life and recommitment to his mental health and family goes well for him . He is such a great songwriter and singer.

Wrong. Listen closer. It's about his struggle with BiPolar disorder.

Ricky Lark wrong. Maybe you should listen closer. Scott didn't find out he had bipolar disorder until after this song was released. All of Scotts songs have 2 meanings. The first has something to do with he's going through in life at that time. And second you can almost guarantee there's something about the Lord as well. And a lot of times those 2 meanings go hand in hand.
