Wow this is old Tiesto I haven't been old enough to know. Also there are so many underlying meanings in this Video Art. For example, gender equality and toxic feminism, also being p*ssy whipped, also... falling in love and being addicted to the other person and the only way out is to not be alive sometimes because of the deep feelings of love and that addiction.
