Rupert Holmes - Let's Get Crazy Tonight Lyrics
Life can be too much you see
We all need insanity
You're off the hook when you're off the wall
You got to say, the hell with them all
No time to worry if we're wrong or we're right
Caught up with people we've never met
Ooh, Sunday morning we'll forgive and forget
Before the dawn begins to shine it's hazy blue light
Let's get crazy tonight
Let's get crazy tonight
There's a part of town you've missed
Where the rules just don't exist
No one knows whose taking the blame
C'mon let's get crazy tonight
No time to worry if we're wrong or we're right
Caught up with people we've never met
Ooh, Sunday morning we'll forgive and forget
Before the dawn begins to shine it's hazy blue light
Let's get crazy tonight
Let's get crazy tonight
Let's get crazy tonight
No time to worry if we're wrong or we're right
Caught up with people we've never met
Ooh, Sunday morning we'll forgive and forget
Before the dawn begins to shine it's hazy blue light
Let's get crazy tonight
No time to worry if we're wrong or we're right
Let's get crazy tonight
No time to worry if we're wrong or we're right
Let's get crazy tonight
No time to worry if we're wrong or we're right
Let's get crazy tonight
No time to worry if we're wrong or we're right

Ha Ha Ha, they used to play this song at the roller rink when it came out during the couples skating session. They would play Slow Dancing Don’t Turn Me On by theAddrissi Brothers then this song followed by You Make Me Feel like Dancing by Leo Sayers. God I wish I could go back to when I was 16 with not a care in the world.
loveeee songs :)

I hear an elephant at the start of the song. How the hell did they fit an elephant in the recording studio?
Actually I thought it was the start to The Emotions' Best Of My Love with some brassy thingy...
@Dave Micklon - I thought the same, I doubt we're the only ones who hear the similarities in the melodies.
@Dave Micklon to me it sounds like a combination of the Emotions "Best of My Love" and "It Must Be Love" from Alton McClain & Destiny (those two songs and this song all resemble each other)
For some reason,I have this on a 45.Did it get big airplay in NYC?
LOL the hunting horn trill at the beginning, like it's time for the yearly boar hunt
