Randall J. Frillmann If you listen to interviews he was greatly influenced by blues being played by a certain DJ while growing up in Philly. One of his early bands, Woody's Truckstop played primarily bluesy covers.
@mezatopia He probably could, I know Tom Scholz of Boston sued Artemis records for failure to promote Boston's CD "Corporate America". I believe they settled out of court.
HiFi....What a bunch of fakes.I thought the deal was to make a CD and then tour it.Actually two CDs..... Arena and TRs Johnson.
Well, Todd made the CDs and toured them.
So Todd carried out his end of the contract.But where is HiFi?
Cant Todd go after them legally? For not putting out the CDs?
@DaddyClb I don't know how true it is but I've heard that HiFi supposedly doesn't have the money to release it, I think that's why Todd's next album is being released by a different label. HiFi's website hasn't been updated in a year and has no mention of Todd besides the release of Arena. It doesn't look good.......
That seems to be Todd's luck with record labels :(
Well, Jonathan, you've done it again! This track is outstanding and , of course, I would expect nothing less from my idol of 42 years. Can't believe this hasn't been released yet (here in the U.S.). Perhaps HIFI is holding on to it for a Christmas release date...who knows. Thanx so-o-o-o much for posting this and please, please, please give us more!!!
