This song is one reason im still here. It reminds me of why i should not let go. When I cry myself to sleep or cut bc i feel worthless. Or when I get told to go die because im not not worth anything. I hate feeling this way but when you get told you are worthless and have no purpose, you start to believe it your self. Screw life. I dont see a reason to live anymore. It sucks. This song always reminds me not to let go when depression takes over me. It's like the ocean waves. The current pulling you into the darkness. You feel like you can't get out. You're stuck in a trap. You aren't able to escape. You cry yourself to sleep ever night hoping and praying to be okay when you wake up. It's a disease. You are fighting an ongoing battle hoping not to give up. You're tired... You're just so very tired. It wants you to give up, it likes to see you in pain. You don't want to be in pain anymore but, you can't shake the disease, you can't smile without it being fake. You know how worthless you are and it doesn't help thinking no one loves you. You just want to keep being strong but, you're slowly letting go. People tell you everything's gonna be okay. In reality, nothing's gonna be okay. You're stuck in this trap. You're in a never ending tunnel, but... There's no light at the end. You're dying inside. This disease kills. It's like a war. Either you win or you die trying.

I Can relate to every single word you are saying. But, stay strong.. I know it's hard and it's easier said than done, but God is here for you.

Thanks for posting this wonderful song. It's what I need to take away this pain of emotional, physical, oral, mental abuse I been through. And for this pain of none stop suicidal thoughts I've suffered which I shall over come to overcome my self for the better. And we shall all thank our Heavenly Father that guides us for the better and for always being by our side to love us. Stay strong everyone else for I've been through so much pain, and weakness from all I been threw and I'm only 17, and I already been through so much pain, so take this advice that we can over come ourselves for the better but it take our mind and soul to find it and never give up on what you got May not be a lot but every bit makes a difference "piece of my quote I wrote"

I am 13 an I did find love that was true you may think I just thought it was love but it was it was like pain every second Ii wasn't with him and think about him all the time and we both lived eachother so much but I fucked that up and dumped him because I was stupid and I thought he didn't love me but the feelings never went away the memories are all still there and I realized I still love him but I broke his heart and he's scared to love me and that ill hurt him again and I cut everyday a lot
