Rolling Stones, The - Where The Boys Go Lyrics
Hey girls, you better listen to me
I'm getting starved for your company
All day Monday, and all day Tuesday
I played football, there's nothing on the telly
Now ever since I was just 13 years old
I never had the money and I never had the class
But I always seemed to get myself a Saturday night piece of ass!
Where the boys go, Saturday night
Where the boys all go, hold me tight
Where the boys all go, Saturday night
Where the boys all go
Saturday morning you can see me at the pub
and I'm pissing away me money and I can't stand up
Cab fare, pop? You look silly in the road
Get in everybody, where the boys all go!
Hey! Never keep a secret from yuuuuuuuuuwwwwwww
Hey! Never keep a secret from meeeeee-eeeeeee
Where the boys go, Saturday night
Where the boys go, hold me tight
Where the boys go, stand around and grope
Where the boys go, Showing off their clothes
Where the boys go, Down the disco!
Hey girls, what you doin' tonight?
Now do you want to dance, or do you want to bite?
Look here, darlin, I know the score
Paint your face, dye your hair, I'll see you round the back!
Where the boys go, Saturday night
Where the boys go, hold me tight
Where the boys go, Saturday night
Where the boys go, for a giggle and a lawff
Where the boys go, and a little piece of ass
Where the boys go, for a little piece of this
Where the boys go, for a little piece of that
Where the boys go, for a little piece of stick!
Where the boys go, for a little piece of cunt!

Rolling Stones, The Where The Boys Go Comments
Great work by charlie on this one.
the sound sucks on this great song
Yeah. And "Emotional Rescue" is up there with "Black And Blue" as one of the Stones' best sounding albums, especially on vinyl.
Should’ve been on Some Girls. It was written in 78, why did they not put it on there? The punk style was perfect for the Some Girls album
one of the most heavy songs of the Stones
🎸Thanks🎸
when the Stones go punk
- Lead Vocal: Mick Jagger
- Electric Guitars: Keith Richards, Ron Wood & Mick Jagger
- Drums: Charlie Watts
- Bass: Bill Wyman
- Piano: Ian Stewart
- Backing Vocals: Keith Richards, Ron Wood & artificial female singers
As usual it looks like Ronnie is miming to the guitar solo, but that solo is 100% Keith Richards.
Punk and roll
Howcome theres not a live version of this
This is so fuxxxxg good
The stones dabble with the punk rock sound?
Video might cause seizures, tune is a forgotten gem.
I could swear this video was made for the Emotional Rescue song.
Alta copia este tema de intoxicados "me vuelvo al sudeste" jsjsjajaj
Imádom a Stones-t, Clash ez a szám! :)
Punk 'n Roll
Lov' it!!!!!
This song is better than “In Another Land”
Un album que no es bien comprendido pero es estupendo let me go es genial pero she sooo cooold salva todo el album
An awesome music video. It gives me so many vibes.
underrated
Who are the girls singing near the end?Sounds great!
Just some girls that lived nearby Jagger.
boys go SATURDAY NIGHT!
wow, i didn't think charlie had it in him, he came alive on this one!!!
Emotional Rescue is my fav album by the Stones. Nice tinges of punk and R&B throughout it....the artwork is tremendous as well
I like this, Let Me Go, and She’s So Cold from the album. Any other. Songs off that album like it?
Underrated gem, doesn't make sence makin' a music video but not playing live
Das bestimmte Techniken angewendet werden ist klar, aber das eine Gitarre Stimmen vortaeuschen kann ist die groesste Scheisse die ich gehoert habe.
Wow - punk music that actually sounds good.
I want Emotional Rescue official Video !
Love to see a live version of this at a small venue. Be brilliant.
They should do this one
Nothin on the telly..
this era Stones simply rocked -
cool distorted video
Thermal imaging used on the cover as well. Quick way to tell what LP the song appeared! BTW, Ty for putting the year. Go those who didn't know about this song, it's nice to KNOW THE BLEEDIN' FOOL YEAR!!!
Lots o' fools bitch "who cares 'bout the year?!"
Besides the song, the YEAR is what ties the song to history...Musical History!
Again, Thanks be to you, mate....
everybody knows....
Charlie Watts drumming from 2:18 to 2:25 is just excellent.
yaasss king
Charlie's the engine
Predator checking out the Rolling Stones
They should have let Bill Wyman sing this song. I think it would have worked
Nah . Nothing suits Bill Wyman's singing ! 'In Another Land ' may be the only exception ?! si si
So who the hell is playing the guitar solo on this song, I've never quite been able to figure out if it's Keith or Ronnie...
John Russell Ronnie I think ? Maybe Keef
John Russell when you hear rough Chuck Berry licks in any Stones guitar solo, like here, it can only be Keith
It's Keith.
I love this song, that bold letter, well...This is The Rolling Stones. The Greatest Rock N' Roll Band EVER!!!
... All day Monday and all day Tuesday I played football, there's nothing on the telly ...

another one of those great 80's Stones gems
To me, this sounds like The Stones going punk. Kinda 1st album Clash-type singing in the chorus.
Or something else.
(I dig it though!)
Some girls and emotional rescue probably was the stones answer to punk, at least parts of those albums. Other parts are a bit disco.
THE ROLLING STONES INVENTED PUNK!!!!
Punk is just a "modern" Chuck Berry style, as Sid Vicious said...
@gittahfiend I was going to say something similar ! Stones don't sound like the Clash , or the Pistols, it's the OTHER WAY ROUND !!!
Some Girls is more punk, but this is a perfect fit to the album
I LOVE THE STONES more than anyone ,but i think that "Em Rescue" is a mediocre album, with a few good songs , like this one, & not much else to save. "Down In A Hole" is also a great number...
+Marco kit Tognazzo What about "She's so cold", "Dance" and "Emotional rescue"?
+Fer Dominguez Yeah man...I Forgot about "DANCE" : amazin'song!! "She's So Cold" to me is nice, at least. & "Em Rescue" (the song) is not so bad, but it isn't "Miss You" !
PS) Also "DANCE PT.2" is great !!
I have been looking for "She's My Little Rock n Roll". I use to have alot of things til my boys grew up to become men. Now they just borrow my things (cds), permanetly!
+Pamela Wilson Its called Little T&A
honestly? unwatchable
Saturday morning you can see me at the pub
And I'm pissing away me money and I can't stand up
Cab fare, pop? You look silly in the road
Get in everybody, where the boys all go!
Trying to be punk or whatever I don't know not big fan of punk but the dirty guitair sound great here though and rocks.
great rock! 💖
punk ? ... this is straight up rock n roll - blues riffs galore
Why there's still no Emotional Rescue official Video ???
Josh S. Thank you
This music video is cool but I like computer flashing.
Different guitar solo mix than the album version would like to see this without the heat stuff lol
+s jones
Usually I can tell right off if it's Keith or Ronnie who is playing the solo...on this song I've never been sure- sounds like Keith, but parts of it sound like Ronnie too. The ancient art of weaving indeed, never displayed better IMO than on the album's next track "Down In The Hole".
John Russell Only Keith could pull this off.
definitely Keef:-)
"I never had the money and I never had the class..but I always seemed to get myself a Saturday night Piece of Ass"! Classic!
This song is so fuckin FUN!!!! Pure and simple rock n roll
It's ALL about the BOYs and what they think the World Wants and Needs, Interestingly Boys Usually Fuck things Up for themselves and Others...
i really want to see a You Got The Silver Music video
Listen to Bill play the bass, he is the best. With no disrespect to Daryl Jones the band has not been as good since Bill left.
That's actually ''Woody''. :-)
Forgot about this one! 3 Totally takes me back..thanks so much! "And the girls don't know" ahh haa haa
The worst Stones video of all?
10 months have past but you didnt upload shes so cold music video!!We want more official promos please!!
absolutely .
Taj rad!
ya got a poster of the stones all infa-red or whatever ya call it in the record sleeve back in the day...my day
Whoot Whoot!!!
BEST R&R Band of the 20th & still kickin. How I miss Wyman's bass fills. Beg, borrow or steal to get Bill back in the band. @ least ask him to record a new LP w/ the band. Wish I was old enough to catch the Stones & Grateful Dead tour together. As Mick once said.. The Rolling Dead...
i'm hearing a little sex pistols in here.
I wouldn’t say Pistols, they are more aggressive, but definitely punk
This video was incredibly modern for the time, with its visual effects. Thanks for uploading.
I can not believe the sheer number of Stones videos I've never seen or even knew existed. I consider myself a pretty hardcore fan, and I would've never guessed a clip existed for this song.
Listen to Intoxicados- me vuelvo al sudeste, very similar
I want to watch the video, but I'm scared to
It's from "Emotional Rescue", maybe my favorite Rolling Stones record. I hope you get a chance to check it out!
Where did this come from??? Another awesome song from the rolling stones!!!!!!!!! I love it!!!!!!!!
question: if a rolling stone (the stone, not the band) is worth 2 in the bush, what are the rolling stones (the band) worth in the bush?
Just another Awesome Stones Song :)
This song makes me want dance! :)
Very nice! BRAVO!!! Antonella
epileptic seizure
Ween should perform emotional Rescue in its entirety.
great song
cool - longer guitar solo!
This was a thermal imaging camera, not some cgi trick.
One of my favorite song , the end is so good !
great song, horrible video....pong had more technology behind it....just sayin'...love ya Stones just the same!!
you do know there has been one on youtube for the past 3 years right?
I bet you that is in the works
I don't get it. This is the same video with the "Emotional Rescue" one!
ole ole ole ole richards richards
who has epilepsy can not watch this video ...
sandwiched !!!!! kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Version 1 /watch?v=VYHOYOkf6LQ
Version 2 /watch?v=iLJFh-DE6u8
Both in HD.
A great channell. Thank you Rolling Stones. The greatest rock'n'roll band in the world. Have you got the video of 'It's Only Rock'n'Roll', with all the foam. Charlie ends up covered in it.
I love Rolling Stones
Can you put up the Jumping Jack Flash promo.
Phenomenal Piece With 80s Feel.
An LP that has the unfortunate distinction of being sandwiched between Some Girls and Tattoo You, but, 32 years on deserves a closer listen on its' own merit.
Thank you very very much....now i understand why you have private videos...you guys are releasing bit by bit...
this guys got future :)
This song sounds like it's unfinished. I know it's the Stones & I love them, but something ain't swinging here.
Glad TheRollingStones are uploading some quality VIDs on youtube from the past...Everyone brings back memories..I have been a Stones fan since '70 when I was 12...First concert was the Baton Rouge Shows to kick off the '75 tour...First with Ronnie Wood in the band...Seen them many times since...Do I remember this LP...Thanks again..
I like its a variety!
Coming soon N92Milan...we're aiming to have 'em all one day....subscribe and keep an eye out for it.
Keep an eye on the Rolling Stones FB and YT page...You'll be the first to know when/if such news come up.
