Rolling Stones, The - Love In Vain Lyrics
Well I followed her to the station
With a suitcase in my hand
Yeah, I followed her to the station
With a suitcase in my hand
Whoa, it's hard to tell, it's hard to tell
When the train come in the station
I looked her in the eye
Well the train come in the station
And I looked her in the eye
Whoa, I felt so sad so lonesome
That I could not help but cry
When the train left the station
It had two lights on behind
Yeah, when the train left the station
It had two lights on behind
And the red light was my mind
All my love was in vain
All my love's in vain

Bravo to the camera man on Mick Taylor👍🏻
Whoever wrote the description for this is a complete fucking moron. Bridges to Babylon? You really don't know shit about the Stones ,do you. That's Mick Taylor on lead guitar. Do the math dip-shit. This is from the early 70s. God, to be so fucking clueless...
It's hard to tell, it's hard to tell....when all your love's...in vain
All my love's in vain
I feel it
Mick Taylor put the Stones at a whole other level!
That's amazing lead guitar. Taylor is a real phenom.
Rolling Stones tocaban mejor que los Beatles
Total BADASSED Version, compared to studio. Hail Yeah !!
What wonderful guitarist Taylor.....!! My opinion is the best of music story. Hendrix, Clapton, Page, Alvin Lee, etc...were been great but not quite Taylor.....

And Keith is giving that look.... "yeah.. I think you can play kid!". :)
@2:49 just heard some news today, ohh boy hope a lie, if so all my hopes and dreams and trust has been in vain & this emotional piece with the top Taylor leads hit home right now<3<3<3
Best of my generation, the Stones maybe the best ever
I wish there were 10 more minutes of Mick Taylor's solo.
Great lyrics and feeling by Robert Johnson !
Mick Taylor’s guitar is so dominant Keef&Jagger couldn’t put up with their subordinate status on stage. So the best one had to go.
Damas y Caballeros , Mick Taylor y sus Satanicas Majestades , un blues para la eternidad
M. Taylor, yes Sir, you are a star !
Mick Taylor bending some strings!
This is a great live version of this song. Usually the Stones rush through their songs live. This is great
Ya know, I come here once a month just to remind myself that Mick Taylor Kicks Ass! Love you Mick!
Betwen Brian and Ronnie the best is Mick Taylor.
Hendrix , Green , Taylor : le tiercé dans l'ordre !
I almost can see Robert Johnson dancing in his thumb... Best version of that song ever.
Obviously have to hand it to Mick Taylor, but Jagger kills this song here much better than he does in any other version I’ve heard
Che blues
Ahí le dan crédito s a Jagger/Richard por la canción. "Love in Vain" fue escrita por Robert Johnson.
Mick Taylor are best
sem ritmo
Wait a minute, "Love In Vain" was written by Robert Johnson, not Mick and Keith.

Mick is so totally f'd up.
WE LOVE MICK TAYLOR

Mick Taylors playing makes me feel a certain way
Keith Richards who? Love ya Keith. Mick Taylor is legendary
Mick Taylor made it out alive somehow…
I like it😊
Mick Taylor playing slide here in standard tuning. Nice sound to this video. The Stones were a the top of their game here... although more properly put, one of the several tops of their game.
The only video of Stones I watch more than once. I saw them. I love them!
This song reminds me the greatest love i've ever felt, but she didn't love me.
The one thing that Keith was better than Mick Taylor is sniffin' cocaine. Awesome Mick!
Kieth plays riffs, but mick Taylor plays guitar strings. Smooth sweet and flawless
Could listen to the Stones play Robert Johnson all day .....
who just punched me in the heart?
I'll bet the pressure was on for Taylor while Jagger was staring at him the entire time during that solo & playing his best air guitar 🤣🔥 Beautiful performance tho for sure 👏
Mick Taylor awesome no peers
The whole chemistry of the band, sounds like the guitars are romantically fucking one another
you should look for the "72 performance of this tune at Madison Square Garden. It is only audio. But Taylor's performance, especially the second solo is amazing. Burning hot slide. I had a bootleg of this back in 75 or so and it burned through the midrange of my speaker.
EPIC version of a GREAT classic. thanxxx so much Stones
Just wonderful
did I ever tell the world, that mick t. is second to jimmy only?
I wonder how Robert Johnson would have reacted had you told him in 1930 that 90 years later people would be watching the most famous version of his song performed by white Englishmen
Mick Taylor g

I want Taylor's shirt. Is it for sale?
Vamos beber até ficar doidos! Depois da um trato na namorada
Every body involved execution was so on point in this.. so tight and clean.. but mick tayler stands out for sure
That's how its done 100% Stylish, never get sick of hearing that
veritable performance de MICK TAYLOR C EST VRAI QUE CETTE PERIODE ETAI A SO APOGEE POUR LES ROLLING STONES .
Dude! I love Ronnie, but Mick was/is the shit! Prolly one of the best live performances I’ve seen.
Listen carefully at 3:35 and 5:53 Charlie was too fast.
Yeah! Mick Taylor! Awesome guitarist!
The Best Music Forever
Mick fucking TAYLOR
Charlie Watts was a little too late in the guitarsolo of Mick Taylor........Look at the reaction of Mick Taylor......
Love the way jagger is just zoned on MT’s second solo. A real moment
This is music!!!
Mick Taylor Superb.
"Love in vain" has been composed and written by ROBERT JOHNSON not by Jagger and Richards .
marki And he was always credited.
marki Who knew?🌎
MICK TAYLOR .
the best albums made them with you without a doubt, they missed it by letting you go
If you’re not left mouth-open, cigarette, still burning, drink almost falling out of your hand by the end of this, then you’re not feeling it
Exactly!!🤣🤣🍾
tattoofthesun Fucking Awesome! And I was exactly in that posture! Eyes closed and doing the head bob! Great Mick Taylor!
Is it just me or is Mick super super out of Key?? (edit) for the most part sometime he falls in well
My God I could watch Mick Taylor wail on that guitar all day long & never get tired 👏🔥
Los Rolling como nunca! Gran versión
Those clips of Taylor are a treasure.
Everyone’s taking about Mick here. Such a beautiful emotional and powerful guitar solo by him. Bill plays such a simple and fantastic baseline. And of course, Jagger’s vocals. Makes it look so easy. What a singer. Wow
God dam them fucking guitars !
One thing Mick jagger never did in his life was lipsync.
never tired to listen this magnificent blues at the voice of Mick Jagger
the best version for me !
AND TO THINK, IT WAS RAISED BY TWO LESBIAN HAGS.
BRITISH ALLEYWAY BLUESY,ABOUT A DAMN ENGLISH FLOOZEY
Beggar's Banquet. It all started with that album for me and It peak with Exile
Pittsburg' version was the best for me because Nicky Hopkins shines too. And Mick Taylor kills

The biggest band ever
mick taylor you are a genius!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5:54..Charlie just a little off there. Both Mick's look back at him lol but it just flows beautifully
Damm that's some great guitar work Mick Taylor can play the slide and those solos like nobody else could why doesn't this man get his real dues he one of the best and nobody gets his sound
Taylor has to kick himself in the ass every morning for blowing that gig. Had to pretty much be the premier guitar slot on earth at that time......and ...leaves. Now he worries about a high electric bill in the summer.
Mick Taylor was, by far, the best guitarist The Stones ever had. Ron Wood is no more than competent, and is there to fit the image.
