Still, I find myself always going back to my past fave albums from Led Zep, Rush, Genesis, etc. HOWEVER...this man keeps releasing new music and this album is very good. Saw Robert and the Shifters at Roskilde Festival this year... expected a slightly off tune Robert, old and tired. What did i get? Best concert experience, arguably ever in my life of seeing live music. What the fuck man, when those high note screams soared through the tent everyone felt a collective shock. And the crowd was deafening after each song or big moment, i like to think Rob and the lads had a good night there.

Wtf. His Voice is still so good, its like an old wine. With 69 Years. It's unbelievable..

My mother will be celebrating her 68th birthday soon. Normally, I arrange to have flowers delivered but I thought I'd get her an album instead. After hearing this, I've settled on _Carry Fire._ I'm also going to buy a second copy for myself.

My fave song of 2018 hands down. Love how he's back to the middle eastern sound. Reminds me of some of his solo stuff from the 80s..the sound is cultural, Spiritual and sounds like an exotic personal journey...love it

Carry Fire?? Plant sings on this album as if he's carrying a burnt out match instead. I'm a long time Zep fan and obviously I understand that his voice is shot from decades of high-pitched screaming but honestly it seems he can barely sing anymore.

Over the years Steven Tyler has screamed just as much if not more than Robert Plant, yet somehow Tyler still manages to get his voice above middle C. Perhaps it's time for Robert to switch off the microphone for good and go make himself a honey lemon tea.

Retaliate if you must but I will not reply. I've already said all I have to say on this matter. The music is excellent. Plant's vocals are weak. He's lost it.
