I love the way Weiland sings : "Think you're kind of neat then she tells me I'm a creep/ Friends don't mean a thing guess I'll leave it up to me" differently in this music video than on the album. He better conveys much more emotional distress and hopelessness.

After "Sex Type Thing," you're not helping much. These lyrics sound kind of rapey too. And you think they're great.

To be a grunge vocalist, one has to suffer from depression. As a sufferer myself, I know first hand that the ultimate price must be paid, luckily I got a refund. Unfortunately many of the best didn't, but it made for some seriously great music. They will live on, at least as long as I survive this thing we call life.
