Great news! Former Riot guitarists Lou Kouvaris ("Rock City," wrote some material on the "Narita" album also) and Rick Ventura ("Narita" to "Born in America") have now formed a new band called "Riot Act." Not only are they playing classics off the first three albums, but they're currently writing new material assuredly in the old-school Riot style. If all goes well, we essentially have two official Riots now!

This is what bad ass hard rock music was and is. These guys were some of the biggest and most talented Bad Asses in the industry. R.I.P. my Riot heroes. So many bands used this generic riff. It's actually a running joke ...the acdc riff. Litteraly a c d c root 5 chords. I think maiden did it the best with 2mtm . But after that...over used. Not a bad song here...not memorable but good in it's own right.

I don't get this at all. None of these riffs sound similar. It's a similar rhythm but that's it. As for that last sentence, I don't know what to tell you. This entire album is not only memorable but also essential.
